The Background

When it comes to menswear, the best that people get is ready-to-wear fashion in maximum cases. Styling on the basis of personality, after meeting the person, understanding his mindset and then developing his unique style is what differentiates our client, Chirag Shah as a designer. Equipped with the intricate knowledge of fabrics, cuts, styles and functionality, he believes in delivering something beyond fashion in menswear.

The Problem

An already established name as a designer, the client aimed to open a one-of-a-kind designer studio in the city. Under the name C&S – the brand was to be a destination for unique styles that matched a unique personality. Our challenge was to design a premium look for the studio and a campaign that built a perception that matched international standards of fashion.

The Solution

We developed a two pronged approach by understanding the psyche and portraying the art. Informing the audience of yet another brand in fashion would never have lead to success. Provoke instead of inform, was our motto for the launch ad. The campaign was developed through a photo shoot with the right location, right lighting, right angle and right mood that captured the attitude, the elegance and the panache that C&S has to offer.

The Result

The campaign not only communicated a new brand identity that caused heads to turn, but also made C&S an instant hit. The studio enjoyed a complete sell out of the catalogue within a matter of days after the launch.
